The concept of this video was to utilise 3D busts of the band.

I started by 3D scanning the band in the studio and re-sculpted them to make them look like ornate bronze busts. I modelled the speakers and used drivers to control the tweeter, woofer as well as driving a "bass" bounce to trigger the physics sim.
The items on the speaker were all physically simulated, using barriers to stop them from falling off before we desired them too. There was a lot of trial and error involved to allow the 3D model of the logo, designed by Mark James, to linger at the end.

The first pass only consisted of one continues camera move switch focus throughout, this was later changed to incorporate more cuts to show the detail of the busts.
